Product Introduction
The GBB‑A3 Heat‑seal Tester accurately determines heat‑sealing performance parameters including heat‑seal temperature, heat‑seal time and heat‑seal pressure for lid films of food and pharmaceutical packages such as jelly cups, yogurt cups, coffee capsules, instant‑noodle buckets, food containers and medical blister packs. Different materials deliver distinct heat‑sealing behaviors. By measuring these heat‑seal parameters, users can obtain precise optimal heat‑sealing conditions.
Testing Principle
Fit suitable fixture onto the lower support plate and place the sample on the fixture. Set heat‑seal temperature, time and pressure as required, then press one‑key start. The upper fixture descends to perform heat‑sealing on the sample. In manual mode, step on the foot switch once to engage sealing jaws; sealing duration follows preset value. In automatic mode, upper and lower sealing jaws repeatedly execute automatic heat‑sealing according to configured time settings.
