Product Overview

GB‑DK1 Headspace Gas Analyzer adopts destructive puncture sampling method. Equipped with high‑precision oxygen and carbon dioxide sensors, it precisely quantifies O₂ and CO₂ concentrations inside sealed pouches, bottles, cans and other hollow packaging containers. By analyzing headspace gas composition, users can evaluate product quality, predict shelf‑life performance and verify whether packaging design is reasonable. It can also serve as an auxiliary method for package seal integrity inspection. It is an ideal testing instrument for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP/CAP), large infusion bottles & bags, pre‑filled syringes residual oxygen test, vial headspace oxygen detection, and other oxygen residual measurement requirements for food and pharmaceutical products. Nowadays, headspace gas analysis is critical for assessing packaging design quality and validating product shelf life. Test Principle

Gas inside the specimen is extracted by a vacuum pump and delivered to built‑in sensors. Sensors convert O₂ and CO₂ concentration into real‑time electric signals. The instrument calculates gas concentration according to these signals. Once the test endpoint condition is reached, measurement stops and the equipment records the oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration data of the sample headspace.
