1. Calibrate the instrument before testing the withstand voltage tester. (Method: Under the state of leakage current of 5mA, use a 700KΩ ceramic resistor to bridge between the ground clamp and the high-voltage test rod probe until the instrument alarms.
2. To connect the tested model is to confirm that the voltmeter is designated as "0", and the test light is off, clamp the ground clamp of the instrument to the heat sink of the tested machine, and press the power switch of the tested model.
3. Withstand voltage tester setting instrument test conditions: A, voltage: 3500V; B, leakage current: 5mA; C, test time timing: 4 seconds during assembly line production.
4. Place the test rod probe close to any AC input metal insert of the power cord.
5. Press the start button to observe the test result. Within the set time, the super-leakage light does not light up, and the tested model is qualified.
6. If the tested model exceeds the set leakage current value, the instrument will automatically cut off the output voltage, and at the same time the beeper will alarm, and the over-leakage light will be on, then the tested model will be unqualified, press the reset button to get an alarm sound , Press the start button again when testing again.
