Product Introduction
This product is designed and manufactured based on the differential pressure method testing principle, in accordance with standards such as GB/T 1038 and ISO 2556. Equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor and automatic pressure difference maintenance technology, it ensures high testing accuracy. It is suitable for testing the gas transmission performance of films, sheets, papers, packaging materials, and related products in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, and photovoltaic electronics. It provides wide-range, high-efficiency gas transmission rate detection for high, medium, and low gas barrier materials.
Testing Principle
The N530 2.0 Gas Transmission Rate Tester adopts the differential pressure method. The prepared sample is placed between the upper and lower chambers. A vacuum pump evacuates the entire gas path system, and then test gas at 1 atmospheric pressure is introduced into the upper chamber, creating a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers. Driven by the pressure gradient, gas permeates through the film from the upper chamber to the lower chamber. The system calculates the barrier performance parameters such as the gas transmission rate of the sample based on the pressure change in the lower chamber.
