After the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, another national-level inspection center settled in Chaozhou City.
The National Food Flexible Packaging Quality Inspection Center has the ability to carry out inspections of 492 parameters and 570 standards of 186 products in four categories, including plastic packaging products and materials, paper packaging products and materials, other packaging products and materials, and food flexible packaging machinery, including international, There are more than 170 foreign advanced standards, and the coverage rate of testing capability reaches 93.8%.
Since its establishment, the center has undertaken 4 research projects of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, led or participated in the formulation and revision of 5 national standards, obtained 9 national authorized patents, and participated in many well-known organizations such as LGC, FAPAS, IIS, etc. International proficiency testing activities and obtain satisfactory results.
The relevant person in charge of the National Food Flexible Packaging Quality Inspection Center said that after the establishment of the center, the center will aim to build a "domestic first-class, internationally advanced" public service platform, closely focus on the overall economic and social development, and "support supervision, ensure safety, and serve the industry." It is the starting point and end point of inspection and testing work, providing technical services for the optimization and healthy development of the food flexible packaging industry in Chaoshan and even South China, and contributing to the development of the local economy.
